FarmVille Secrets Review

As much as I love Farmville, I’ve always had something against buying game guides. I’ve been playing games for a long time, but I’ve never yet spent money on a guide to one. Until now.

You see, while I was out on the internet, looking for Farmville help to get past the latest obstacle that had been frustrating me, I stumbled onto Farmville Secrets. Since I needed Farmville help, I was torn! Should I pay the money, and get the guide, or should I try to find Farmville help elsewhere? In the end, desperation won out, and I bought the guide – and here’s what I discovered.

Farmville Secrets Is the Ultimate Farmville Help Source

Once I’d bought the Farmville Secrets guide, read it, and used it to improve my gameplay exponentially, I wanted to kick myself. Not because I’d bought it, but because I’d spent all those years struggling to play games without help guides!

As far as a Farmville help guide goes, that doesn’t even begin to explain what this is. It’s a complete roadmap to success in the game, right from level one up to level one hundred and beyond.

This Farmville help guide is up to date, in depth, and yet still written in an easy to follow style, with lots of graphics to make using it simple.

What I Now Know About Farmville Guides

Of course, discovering that the Farmville Secrets guide blows all the other Farmville help that I’ve been getting on the web right out of the water comes with mixed emotions. I couldn’t be happier with the Farmville help that I’m getting from Farmville Secrets, but I can’t help but wonder if I wouldn’t have been farther along in the game if I had bought it sooner.

If you’re looking for Farmville help, and wondering whether you should buy Farmville Secrets, I say go for it! It’s a fantastic guide, and I haven’t been sorry that I invested in it once.

Farmville Secrets: The Best Farmville Help Guide Around?

Over the past few months, I’ve found myself drawn into Farmville. It started as an idle pass time – something to do while I waited for something better to happen. These days, however, I find that I really do care what happens to my crops. I want to ribbons – bad, and I can tell you which crops to plant when, and why.

Most of that is hard won, hard earned knowledge, but I have to admit that I’ve looked at a few Farmville help guides since I started to really get into the game. In the interests of helping new players to choose the best Farmville help guide around, I’ve taken a look at several, and so far, I have to say that Farmville Secrets is the most comprehensive, and the best one I’ve found. Here’s why.

An Up to Date Guide

Since I started playing Farmville, I’ve looked at several Farmville help guides. The problem I’ve found with many is that they haven’t been kept up to date. New features, crops and animals don’t feature in them, and if you’re new to the game, it’s really confusing to figure out what’s really going on. Farmville Secrets is an up to date Farmville help guide, so it makes it easy for even the newest of newbies to figure out what the best strategy is.

Easy to Follow

Another critical factor that I believe makes Farmville Secrets one of the best Farmville help guides out there is that it’s easy to follow. Not only is it written in easy to understand language, but there are screenshots and graphics to help you understand what you need to do. It’s user friendly, and that’s important – after all – a guide that takes a degree to figure out isn’t much good to anyone!

It’s Written By an Actual Player

Too often, Farmville help guides seem to be written by someone who understands the theory behind the game, but has no practical experience of how it works. I found that because Farmville Secrets is written by someone who really plays the game, it’s easy to understand what is going on. You get the feeling that this is a Farmville help guide that’s based on practical experience, rather than official documents, and it’s like having a personal tutor, more than having a dry, technical guide.

For Serious Players

Some people I know who play Farmville do it purely for the fun of it. Others are serious players, who want to challenge themselves to be the best – or at least to see how near they can get.

The first type of player probably won’t find a Farmville help guide like Farmville Secrets necessary. But if you, like me, fall into the second category, and like to win, then it’s definitely something you should consider. Without this guide I would have been stuck in the lower levels of the game for a lot longer than I was, and I can honestly say that any success I have achieved in the game (and I’m pretty darn good if I do say so myself) is largely attributable to this Farmville help guide.

Farmville Guide to Buildings

Farmville may seem simple at first glance, but once you get into the game properly, you start to realise that strategy, knowledge and planning are essential to success. Familiarise yourself with this Farmville guide to buildings, so that you know what the important ones do and which ones you really need to invest in.

Use this Farmville guide to buildings to choose the right buildings for your farm. It is pointless spending money on a building that isn't put to good use. If you are concentrating on building up XP by planting crops, then you shouldn't spend money on livestock structures. Each Farmville building is made with a specific purpose in mind. For instance, the Chicken Coop is great for breeding poultry, since it can hold up to 20 chickens at once. Besides maximizing your space efficiency, having your chickens in a proper coop, allows for Mystery Eggs to be laid. These cannot be laid outside of a coop.

Buildings can earn you ribbons, rewards and XP bonuses, just by purchasing them. If you are playing the game with fun in mind, consider the aesthetic appeal of the buildings you choose to buy and erect. Some buildings have regional themes, allowing you to create matching themes all through your farm, or create stark contrasts by juxtaposing different architectural styles in one setting. Man of the buildings are just there for decoration and serve no actual purpose as of yet. Bear in mind that Zynga could roll out game updates that make those seemingly useless buildings have an actual function. If you are planning on maximizing your coin efficiency, you can always buy these decorative buildings purely for their XP yield, then sell them to recuperate some of the money spent. This save space on your farm and helps you level up quickly.

The Toolshed and Barn are storage buildings and are used to keep your unused tools in. These are tools that you don't want to sell as of yet. The Garden Shed is great for storing freshly cut flowers. Flowers make a great gift for your Farmville neighbors and earn you XP when gifted. You can store up to 25 bunches of flowers at once in the Garden Shed.

The Farmville guide to buildings is completed with Animal Buildings. The first animal building in Farmville was the Dairy Barn, which holds a maximum of 20 cows at a time. Cows are housed, fed and milked in this barn, making it a great money earner, since milking gives you a quicker income than just trading on livestock for meat. Having this building greatly reduces the milking time for cows, since they can all be milked in one turn. Any special cows you have earned can be safely kept in the Dairy Barn. The newest animal structure is the chicken coop and it has some surprise features: if you keep all your unique chicken in there, you increase your chances of hatching more special chickens from mystery eggs.

Farmville Seeds Strategy: Plant Your Way to Success!

With tens of millions of players, competing in Farmville means you need to get your strategies in order. One of the fundamental skills you need to learn, is using seeds correctly. Farmville seeds strategy is all about weighing up how much you stand to gain by planting a certain crop seed, against the time it takes to grow the crop, and how much the seeds cost to begin with

Simply choosing seeds based on the speed at which they grow is bad strategy. Firstly, you need to consider how often you can log into your Facebook account to access your Farmville application. It is pointless planting crops that take two hours to grow, when you only get around to harvesting them by the time they are withered and wasted away to nothing. Plan your crops based primarily on your log-in schedule. If your schedule is pretty erratic, rather concentrate on trees and animals. These do not require as much attention as crops do, and can still make money if neglected for a long period of time. Trees will just lose the fruit, but can still make you money when the next batch of fruit ripens.

When your farm gets quite large – after level 20, consider using tractors and seeders to get your planting done. With a 25 percent time saving, this can make a huge difference on a big farm. Obviously, it is not really worth the expense on a small farm. All seeds have a seemingly complicated relationship with XP, cost and time ratios. The ratios have very little bearing on each other, and are specifically made to be treated as 'trade-offs'.  You need to build these trade-offs into your Farmville seeds strategy. There is no such thing as the 'ultimate seed'. Your best coin earning crop will change, as you level up and gain access to more crops. The seeds you plant will either earn you a lot of XP and little cash, or lots of cash while bringing in less XP. Some crops will offer medium returns on both XP and cash, but will probably cost more than others on average, or will need a longer growing time.

One way to simplify your Farmville seeds strategy, is to work out the value of the crop you are planting, in terms of either coins earned per hour, or XP earned per hour. Using this method, you can form tables to sort out the seeds into the top 5 earners in each category for your relevant level. Make sure you adjust your list to keep it current, since circumstances change as you level up. Bear in mind that it is best to compile your own lists, since the game does get updated and the prices and values of seeds and crops can change over time.

FarmVille Secrets Guide Scam?

I’m kind of addicted to Farmville – like several million other people. Like most of those, I spent the first few weeks and months that I was playing searching the internet for a Farmville walkthrough, and while most of the so called Farmville walkthroughs out there were definitely scams, there were a few guides, like the Farmville Secrets guide, that are not.

The Root of the Problem

The trouble is, when a game becomes as popular as Farmville, as quickly, everyone wants to jump on the proverbial bandwagon. Everyone who has played the game, and got anywhere, decides to write a Farmville walkthrough, and while they might know more about the game than some players, they’re certainly not experts!

Tarred With the Same Brush

The problem is, people buy these Farmville walkthroughs, usually at a low cost, and discover that you really do get what you pay for. They decide that the all Farmville walkthroughs are the same, and they vow never to buy another game guide again.

I’ve personally bought, and used, the Farmville Secrets game guide, and I can tell you, it’s so much more than a Farmville walkthrough! It’s a complete strategy guide, that covers everything you need to know in a great deal of detail.

Unlike those cheap guides and Farmville walkthroughs that have flooded the market, Farmville Secrets is the real deal, and anyone that tells you that Farmville Secrets is a scam probably hasn’t used it.

Don’t Take My Word for It

Of course, I can tell you how great Farmville Secrets is all day. You’ll probably still think it’s just another scam Farmville walkthrough. So why not try it yourself? It costs $27 to buy, but there is a 60 day money back guarantee. So there’s no risk. I don’t know of many scams that offer that sort of deal, do you?

How a Farmville Strategy Forum Can Help You

I don’t know about you, but I hate it when a game I am playing (and loving) suddenly gets complicated, and I just can’t seem to get ahead! I get frustrated, and I’m generally not a very nice person to be around! That’s exactly what happened to me with Farmville.

I started the game, and everything seemed to be going well. Then I got to level thirteen, and all of a sudden, things started going wrong. I hadn’t changed my strategy, but everything was going wrong. In my desperation to figure out the problem, I turned to a Farmville strategy forum, and here’s what I learned about how a Farmville strategy forum can help you:

  • Farmville strategy forums are all over the internet, and some are bigger and more popular, while others are quiet and virtually unused.
  • If you’re looking for help in the game, then your best bet is a Farmville strategy forum that’s busy and has a lot of traffic.
  • You’ll have to sign up and create a user account. Also know that some Farmville forums have a restriction on when you can post a new thread. So while you wait for that to happen, you will be restricted to answering questions already on the forum, and posting on existing threads.
  • Farmville strategy forums, like any other forum, are all about community. That means that if you want to get the best information, you’re going to have to be willing to part with your own Farmville tricks and tips. If you have some, that’s great, but if you’re just starting out, you might be in trouble!
  • Sometimes, really great players won’t share their top tips on Farmville strategy forums. In fact, sometimes they’ll even give you the wrong information, just for fun!
  • As a last note, you should also know that every Farmville marketer who has a poorly written guide hangs out in the Farmville forums. I found that being on Farmville strategy forums made me a target for more advertising than anything else. In fact, I’ve sign de-registered myself from most of them, just to get away from the ads!

After weeks of trying to find out what I needed to know on a Farmville strategy forum, I eventually caved, and bought what was billed as one of the top Farmville guides out there. The difference could not have been more pronounced! Instead of contradictory ideas, practical jokes, or having my questions ignored, I had a professional telling me EXACTLY what I needed to know about Farmville. It’s truly changed the game for me!

What you get out of Farmville strategy forums will depend on a variety of factors, and some people swear that they work. Maybe I’m too impatient to wait for success, but I’ve found that it’s easier, and less frustrating, to trust the professionals on this one!

Farmville Cheats for the Newcomers

If you are new to Farmville, you will probably find yourself a little overwhelmed by the complexity and surprising depth of the seemingly simple Facebook application. With over 10 million user accounts, Farmville cheats for coins, leveling up and crop planting are hot commodities – especially amongst new players.

Face it, no one wants to be at the bottom of the gaming pyramid when it comes to to MMORPG, especially when it is a free game. Being denied access to the high earning crops, large farms and vast piles of coins, can frustrate new players to the point of wanting Farmville cheats for the things they desperately need to get ahead in the game.

Luckily, the vast majority of the cheats used by new players, are actually strategic exploits, so there is very little chance of your account being banned by Zynga for using them. Concentrate on planting crops that earn you a lot of XP in the beginning stages of the game. You don't even have to worry about harvesting them, just delete the once they are planted and replant them with new seeds.

Get as many neighbors as you can and make sure you help them as much as possible to gain more XP, in between tending to your own farm.

Having lots and lots of neighbors helps you gain many ribbons. The ribbons will build up in numbers and you can earn a lot of XP from them. Earning lots of XP will help you level up a lot quicker than trying to balance out your playing buy planting cash crops. One of the good strategic legal Farmville cheats, is to only buy equipment, decorations and vehicles when you want to earn XP and special XP rewards from doing so. Immediately sell the items once you have gained the related XP. This will put cash back into your pocket, which can be used to purchase more XP, or crops that yield a high XP reward.

Familiarizing yourself with charts and tables that rank different crops according to XP and cash earning, is essential. For instance, these are the top XP earning crops, in order of greatest to lowest:
  1. Strawberries
  2. Blueberries
  3. Blackberries
  4. Aloe Vera
  5. Ghost Chili
  6. Tomatoes
  7. Sugar Cane
  8. Peas
  9. Asparagus
  10. Pumpkins

The best part about the list above, is that strawberries are available from Level 1, as a crop for XP earning. As you level up, better crops become available, so keep track of what you are planting and adjust your planting strategies accordingly. By level 20, tomatoes become available and these are great for XP farming. Take note of which crops take the shortest time to be ready for harvest and how much the initial cost is to plant them. Some crops are rather fussy and require more attention than others. Always balance out the yield in terms of XP and cash, against the time taken to grow, the initial expense and the amount of logging in required to get those crops grown and sold.

Best Farmville Strategy: Top Tips

If you’re one of the millions of people around the world who have rediscovered the joy of farming thanks to the addictive Facebook game, Farmville, then you might be wondering what the best Farmville strategy is.

It takes time to figure out how the game works, and what works for you, and what doesn’t, and if you’re like me, and you don’t like waiting, and love to win, then it can be frustrating! Fortunately, I’ve decided to share my best Farmville strategy tips for the beginner with you:

  • Berry crops mature fast, and earn a reasonable amount of money. For instance, raspberries mature in just two hours, and earn you 46 coins, while strawberries mature in four hours, and yield 35 coins. Since the best Farmville strategy for the beginner is to make as many coins as possible, as quickly as possible, it pays to plant as many berries as you can.
  • Many beginners make the mistake of buying farm animals too early on in the game. This is not the best Farmville strategy decision, as animals don’t earn much, and when you’re starting out, you need to make money fast. On the up side, when you have an established farm, animals can be a great addition, because they don’t need as much care as crops – but if you’re starting out, rather leave then alone for now!
  • Trees also take a long time to mature – some as long as five days! While they won’t wilt, and they’re not as much effort as berry and other crops, they don’t earn you quick money. As I’ve said before, the best strategy for the new Farmville player is to make as much money as possible, as fast as possible, so if you’re starting out, stay away from trees!
  • Another great Farmville strategy for the new player is to spend time helping out your neighbors. This will earn you a few extra coins, and give you experience, both of which you need to advance in the game.
  • Add neighbors as quickly as you can. The more neighbors you have, the faster you will be eligible to move onto a bigger farm. Since more land means more money, this is an important part of the best Farmville strategy. Remember that you will need eight neighbors to move to a 14 x 14 lot, and 10 to get a 16 x 16 lot, so look for friends that are playing the game, and add them!
  • If any of your friends have recently won ribbons, you can get coins from them for free – free money is a big part of the best Farmville strategy, so make sure you check your home page for updates regularly.
  • Last but not least, the best Farmville strategy for buildings – avoid them when you’re starting out! They look pretty, and help you level up faster, but the don’t give you any profits, and since the beginning of the game is all about money, you can save that for later!
These are just a few things I’ve picked up from playing the game. You’re sure to come up with your own best Farmville strategy ideas, the more you play. So for now, one of the best things you can do is play as often as you can.

Farmville: How to Protect Crops from Withering and Rotting

As any farmer worth his or her salt will tell you, your crops are only worth something if you get them to the market on time, and intact. The Facebook game Farmville is no different, and if you’ve just started playing, you may be surprised the first time you miss a harvest and lose a crop.

To help you avoid this sort of disaster, here is a short guide for Farmville: how to protect your crops from withering and rotting.

  • The first thing you need to know is that every crop has a different harvest time in Farmville. How to protect crops from withering and rotting is based on remembering how long each one takes to ripen.
  • Once your crops have reached this point, whether it’s two hours, eight hours, or longer than that, you will have the same amount of time as it takes for the crop to ripen in order to harvest it. That means that a crop that ripens in two hours has another two for harvesting, a crop that ripens in four hours another four, and a crop that ripens in ten hours will give you a further ten before you need to worry about it.
  • After the growing time, and your ‘window’ for harvesting is over, your crops will start degrading. By another 1x the growth time, you will have lost half your original crop, and by a further 1x that time, you will have lost all of your crop. That means all of the money you put into it, all the experience you would have gained, and all the time that you spent growing it. It is, without a doubt, a disaster!
  • If you’re serious about Farmville, how to protect your crops from withering and rotting should be right at the top of your list of priorities. If you’re paying money for them, then it’s imperative that you make sure that you harvest them on time, and make the maximum profit.
  • A good idea is to make a chart that you can put on the wall, or to put reminders on your email client or your cell phone, that will remind you when crops are ready to harvest. That way, you’ll never forget, and you won’t lose any money.
  • If you can’t be near your computer, or Farmville, how to protect your crops from rotting and withering is an even bigger question. If you have someone you trust, you could ask them to log in and harvest them for you, or if you know you won’t be playing for a while, you might choose not to plant crops. Either way, make sure you have a contingency plan!
Farmville is all about balancing costs with profits, and there are plenty of little tips and tricks on how you can best do that in Farmville. How to protect crops is just one of the things you need to figure out when you play this game, and if you want to really make it in Farmville, you’re going to have to learn fast!

My advice, if you’re struggling with general things to do with Farmville, how to protect crops or anything else, is to get your hands on a good guide to the game, and use the secret tips included in it to improve your farm. It makes having a profitable farm easier than ever, and helps you to eliminate mistakes, which saves you money.

A Farmville Guide to Ribbons

Ribbons are earned in Farmville for various milestone achievements. There are four different grades of ribbon. Ribbons earn you valuable XP, so it is important that you use this Farmville guide to ribbons to ensure that you obtain all the highest rated ribbons in each category, for maximum XP.

The first part of this Farmville guide to ribbons is the description of the different types of ribbons. The easiest level ribbon is yellow, which can then be upgraded to white. It is then followed by red and finally by blue. Blue is the highest level ribbon you can attain. This ensures that you earn the most XP possible for that achievement category.

There are many different category ribbons, all of which earn you XP. One of the most essential ribbons to earn – and the easiest – is the Local Celebrity ribbon. This is awarded for adding friends to Farmville, so that they become your neighbors. You need to add 50 neighbors to get the blue ribbon. This earns you 100 XP and 10, 000 coins.

The Good Samaritan Ribbon is earned by helping out neighbors. The optimum number of visits per day is 20, after that, you earn less XP and coins per visit than before. Once you get the blue ribbon, you earn 250 XP and 10, 000 coins. This is one you can earn early on in the game, so concentrate on getting it out of the way to get your reward.

The High Roller ribbon is awarded for revenue generated from planting and harvesting crops. This one can be earned quickly by constantly planting crops all through the early stages of the game. It is not dependent on how much profit you make off the crops, so you can safely farm for XP instead of cash. You need to a million coins to get the blue ribbon. This rewards you with 10, 000 XP and a hay wagon.

A Pretty Penny is a ribbon that you don't need to go out of your way to earn. If you play the game normally, you will earn it by default at the Market. Don't waste money on useless items just to earn the blue ribbon. Once you spend 1,5 million coins at the market, you get the blue ribbon, 1000 XP and a fruit stand.

Other ribbons not covered in this Farmville guide to ribbons, include the King of Compost (for harvesting fertilized crops), Pretty Garden (placing flower bouquets on your farm), Flower Power (for harvesting flowers), Crop Whisperer (for fertilizing your neighbors' crops), 'Not Spoiled, Gifted!' (for having received different unique gifts). Some of these ribbons can be earned simultaneously during normal farming operations. Keep track of how many times you need to complete actions to earn the blue ribbon for each category.

Farmville: Help Your Neighbor and Score!

Have you just started playing Farmville, and you are wondering if there are any easy ways to get ahead in the game? I was particularly surprised to discover that in Farmville, help your neighbor is not just a nice saying – it’s a good way to get some great benefits.

Farmville: Help Your Neighbors and Grow Your Farm

You may not know this if you’re new to the game, but when it comes to upgrading your farm in Farmville, having neighbors is critical. Without a predetermined number of neighbors, you simply cannot get a bigger lot, and your game will stagnate. Proof that the old saying ‘no man is an island’ still holds true today. The more neighbors you can accumulate, the bigger a lot you qualify for, and if you want to be a top farmer, you need plenty of land to do it.

Farmville: Help Your Neighbors By Giving Gifts

Another great way to get ahead in Farmville while helping your neighbors is to give and receive gifts. These could be crops or animals, and a few other things, but the best part is that in most cases, your neighbors will reciprocate, and you’ll get gifts in return. Everyone loves free stuff, and in a game like Farmville where coins are a precious commodity, that’s even more true. Another reason to give (and hopefully receive) gifts in Farmville is that there are plenty of items that cannot be obtained any other way. So if you want certain animals, for instance, you need to get someone you know to gift them to you.

Farmville: Help Your Neighbors and Get Coins and Experience

Anyone who’s been playing Farmville for any length of time will know that coins and experience are two of the most important things you need in the game. When you help a neighbor with their farm, you’ll get both. So you get to do something nice for your neighbors, and you get rewarded for it too!

Farmville: Help Your Neighbors By Farming Co-operatively

As Farmville has evolved, it’s become more and more realistic, and these days, it’s possible to farm co-operatively with your neighbors. That means that you and a group of friends get to work on a project together, and earn coins and experience for it. That’s the great thing about Farmville and other social network games out there – you get to interact with your friends while you’re playing.

As you can see, when it comes to Farmville, help your neighbor out, and you will score. Whether it’s experience, coins, or gifts that you’re getting, there’s always a reward for being nice to your friends in the game. Add to that the fact that it’s fun, and lets you interact with your friends – whether they’re in the ‘real world’ or just online, and you have a definite list of reasons to be a good neighbor.

Farmville: Help On a Job: How to Get It

If you’re like me (and millions of other people around the world) then there’s a good chance that you’ve become addicted to Farmville on facebook. Of course, if you’re new to Farmville, help on a job may be something that you’re desperately looking for.

If it’s Farmville help on a job that you’re looking for, then read on for some more information on where to find it when you need it. There are several options for Farmville help on a job, and some are better than others.

Ask Your Friends

If you already have friends who are playing Farmville, then they may be a source of information for you, for Farmville help on a job. This is especially true if they’ve been playing the game for some time, and have reached an advanced level.

Look on Chat Sites and Forums

There are chat sites and forums all over the internet that offer Farmville help on a job – if you’re a member. Be warned however that not everyone is willing to give you advice or Farmville help on a job, and that you might find that you get lots of conflicting information on what you are supposed to do. It can be tricky, if you’re just getting started in the game, to decide which of the Farmville help on a job advice you get is worthwhile, and which isn’t, and you might find yourself having a few false starts along the way.

Read Articles

Another popular way to get Farmville help on a job is to read articles, like this one, that describe how to do things in the game. The trouble is, again, that there are plenty of articles and blogs that have conflicting advice and information, and it can be hard to find an article that really addresses what you need to know.

Buy a Guide

I hate spending money on anything online. However, when I was looking for Farmville help on a job online, and couldn’t find what I needed, I decided that desperate times call for desperate measures, and I bought the Farmville Secrets guide. Unlike all the other ways I’ve mentioned to get Farmville help on a job, this means no conflicting information, and no difficulty in figuring out what to do. It’s all set out in a straightforward and easy to follow manner, and you just follow the tips, and you get what you want.

So, as you can see, when you’re looking for Farmville help on a job, there are several routes you can choose. You could go the free but frustrating route of looking for the information online, or you could take the easy option and buy a great guide. Either way, I hope you find the information you need sooner rather than later, and that you’re having as much fun playing Farmville as I am.

A Short Farmville Flowers Guide

If you’re one of the many new players of facebook’s Farmville, and you’re wondering what the heck flowers can do for you in the game, then read on! I’ve put together a short Farmville flowers guide that should help you to decide whether it’s worth your while to plant flowers, and if you do, when and how to do it.

  • Flowers are a cash crop – so like most other crops in Farmville, you can make money off your flower crops when you harvest them and sell them at the market.
  • Sunflowers and Red tulips are two of the best flowers to grow. They both take 23 hours to grow, and will get you 315 and 159 coins respectively. They also both earn you 2 XP – which, for the purpose of this Farmville flowers guide, is what any flower crop will get you.
  • Lilies are another of the best crops, taking only 23 hours to grow, and netting you 369 coins, and the same 2XP as other flowers when you harvest and sell them.
  • Lavender is the highest earning flower, bringing you 384 coins when you sell them, but like Pink Roses, which earn 254 coins, they take a whopping 46 hours to grow. Definitely NOT a quick cash generating crop!
  • Daffodils are a relatively easy flower to grow, and they earn 135 coins when you sell them, but since they also take 46 hours to grow, they’re also not a big money spinner. In fact, if I had to give my honest opinion in this Farmville flowers guide, I wouldn’t waste my time on them!
  • As with any of the crops that take longer to grow and harvest, the number one rule of the Farmville flowers guide is not to start planting them until you’ve made enough money off quick money earners like berries and vegetable crops. They might make you a lot of money when you do eventually sell them, but the wait can be excruciating if you’re just starting out!
  • Make sure that you remember when your flower crops are ready to harvest, so that you can get them to the market, and make your money back on them.
  • Another great tip for my Farmville flowers guide is to alternate crops that grow quickly with flowers that take longer to grow. That way, you’ll have bursts of quick cash in small amounts, in between the long periods that it takes to get your money back off a flower crop.
If you’ve been wondering about flowers, then I hope this Farmville flowers guide has helped, and that you’ve decided whether they’re a viable money spinner for your farm. Remember – as long as you have a decent stash of coins built up, it’s okay to experiment with new crops – after all – that’s how you learn to play the game!

Farmville Cheats for More Coins and XP

There are well over 10 million Farmville players, many of whom are on the lookout for Farmville cheats, for more coins and for more XP. Coins are obviously useful for buying seeds for crops, land and equipment. XP helps you level up really quickly. Having access to high levels in a short space of time, gives you the advantage of buying larger plots of land for crops and getting access to the crops that yield more cash or XP when harvested.

Farmville cheats for more Experience Points do not necessarily involve using illegal scripts or hacks, but on exploiting the XP bonuses on certain crops and items. For instance, you can go to the Market and buy bales of hay. Do not use the hay or anything like that, just sell it immediately. This way, you gain five XP, for the cost of 19 coins, even though the hay bale cost you 95 coins to begin with. The XP gained is more valuable than the money spent and if you have a large amount of money available, you can certainly gain plenty of XP using this hassle-free method. XP is vital to leveling up in Farmville.

For gaining coins quickly, learn to take advantage of the crops that yield lots of cash when harvested. Concentrate on these crops to make lots of money. By repeatedly planting the same crops, you can plan your log-in times to maximize your daily yield. By successfully planting and harvesting the same crops, you will also earn mastery of that crop, which will earn you ribbons and rewards, which go towards gaining XP and leveling up. It's a winning strategy all around!

Some crops earn you more experience per harvest, but can only be planted a couple of times per day – or even worse, once every couple of days. Look at some of the quicker-growing crops  that only yield one experience point per harvest. If you are able to plant those 12 times a day and earn money off them each time, the experience gained is is much greater. This strategy only works I you are online quite often.

Splitting your crops between fast-growing types for maximum XP and longer-growing types for high money yield, is another method of getting the best of both XP and coin generation from you farm. Do 50 percent quick-growing crops, and 50 percent crops that take at least a day to grow to full maturity. This is also a good way of creating crop insurance: if you fail to log in in time to harvest your short-term crops, you at least have the long-term crops to fall back on and use to recuperate your losses. Remember that unharvested matured crops whither and waste away, until they are actually worthless.

Farmville cheats for more XP involve ribbon collecting. Do everything you can to collect the maximum number of ribbons. Watch online tutorials and Youtube videos to make sure you know how to get all the blue ribbons you possibly can. Accumulate vast numbers of neighbors. Each neighbor recruited will earn you a ribbon. These ribbons are great for collecting unique items and awards, all of which earn you more XP.

Farmville Expert Review

Almost since I first started playing Farmville, I’ve been using Farmville Secrets to get ahead, and I’ve never been sorry that I bought it! When I think about the money I’ve saved on the game, it’s probably one of the best gaming investments I’ve ever made.

However, I was talking about Farmville guides to a friend the other day, and they mentioned that they’d seen the Farmville Expert guide advertised. So, in the interests of knowing as much as possible about the Farmville guides out there, I took a look, and here’s what I discovered:

  • Like Farmville Secrets, which was written by Tony Sanders, a pro gamer, Farmville Expert was written by Jason Fitzpatrick, an actual pro player of the game.
  • Like Farmville Secrets, this Farmville guide also gives you in depth information on the game, and the secrets you need to master it.
  • Also like Farmville Secrets, Farmville Expert offers regular updates, and a level by level guide to the game.
  • Handy tables, screenshots and charts in both guides offer a clear and easy representation of what you need to know and do to level up faster, and make money quicker. Both of which are important to your success in the game.
There’s no doubt that when it comes to Farmville guides, Farmville Experts is one of the better ones out there. However, I’ve never been one to settle for good – I want the best if I’m paying good money for it! There was a moment when I was wondering if there was a Farmville guide that would knock Farmville Secrets off the top spot, but so far, it doesn’t appear to be so.

So, while Farmville Expert is a good guide, I still find that the level of information, the secret tips and even the writing style is just that little bit better in the Farmville Secrets guide, and I’d still say that it’s my top choice when it comes to buying a Farmville guide.

Beginners Farmville Animal Guide

So you just started playing Farmville on facebook? You’re wondering what crops to plant, what animals to buy, and how the heck everything works, in general! Here is a simple beginners animal guide that will help you to make the right choices in what to buy and keep on your lot.

  • The very first beginner Farmville animal guide tip that I can give you is to avoid animals when you’re getting started. You need to make money quickly when you’re first starting this game, and animals don’t do that. They are easy to raise, since they don’t need much attention, but they do take up premium space on your farm, and until you’ve got neighbors and you’ve upgraded to a better farm, you don’t need to lose space to low paying items!
  • When you do start thinking about buying animals, consider the next tip in our beginners Farmville animal guide: some animals are only available as gifts. These include pigs, rabbits, ducks, goats and horses. You won’t be able to buy them, even if you want to. These animals tend to earn more when you sell them at the market, and make more coins over time, so they’re the more valuable ones to keep. If these are animals that you want to raise, then my Farmville animal guide advice to you is simple: ask your friends very, very nicely to give them to you.
  • Cows, chickens and sheep are available to purchase at the market, for 300, 400, and 700 coins respectively. Remember, however, that you can only sell them for between 15 and 35 coins, and they only earn a few coins over many hours, so they’re not particularly profitable. If you’re short on cash, avoid buying them altogether, and wait until you’ve stockpiled a lot of coins from your high paying crops before you consider it again.
  • If you have a lot of money, an established farm, and aren’t too worried about leveling up, then my Farmville animal guide advice is to go for it. Animals are particularly great if you can’t play for a while, since they don’t need the attention that crops do, and they won’t spoil if you don’t harvest them. So if you’re going to be away from your computer for a while, and your farm is ticking over nicely, buying animals can bring in cash that you don’t need to worry about.

I hope this simple Farmville animals guide has given you a few tips that will help you while you’re starting out. If you want to know more about which animals to buy, and why, then I recommend getting your hands on one of the professional Farmville guides out there. My favorite is Farmville Secrets – because it covers everything you could ever want to know about the game – including a much more in depth Farmville animals guide!

Farmville: How to Get More Neighbors and Why You Want Them

One of the most popular games on Facebook is Farmville. How to get more neighbors is a common challenge facing new players. Neighbors play a big part in Farmville, allowing players to level quicker and earn unique achievements.

Having neighbors in Farmville is beneficial to your farming quest in the following ways:
  • Earn more experience points (XP) by having neighbors. Once you have planted your seeds, and you are waiting for your crops to grow, you can help out your neighbors. Helping your neighbors fertilize their crops earns you extra XP. In turn, your neighbors can help you out in your fields.
  • You receive a ribbon for every neighbor you gain. The ribbons accumulate and you can collect enough yellow ribbons to eventually score blue ribbons. The blue ribbons get you even more XP. XP is vital in the early stages of the game to enable steady leveling up.
  • You can send gifts to your neighbors and they can send gifts to you. Sending gifts earns you XP as well.
  • You can send your neighbors tools, vehicles, livestock, and seeds: helping out a neighbor in trouble will ensure that you have backup when things go wrong.
  • Your neighbors will be happy to share information, tips and tricks with you – everyone discovers things about the game at different rates and your neighbors will want you to succeed.

Now you know why having neighbors is a good thing in Farmville. 'How to get more neighbors' is what you need to learn. Neighbors originate from invites sent by you, to your Facebook friends and contacts. Your request can be sent to multiple people at once, by compiling a list form your Facebook friends list.

Although you can get quite a number of your friends to join in on the fun of Farmville, just by sending out a request, you should put some effort into you request. The reason for this is that many people get overwhelmed by requests and status updates in Facebook. Their inboxes become cluttered with all manner of mass-generated mails and messages. It is very likely that more than half your Farmville joining requests won't even be read, before being deleted.

Go to the trouble of making each request slightly unique and make sure your friends know who the mail is from. You can even send a link to join Farmville via a direct email from your emial account, rather than from Facebook's mail box. Be sure to tell your friends about how much fun the Farmville game is and give them tips on how to start playing. Encourage your friends to stay active in Farmville. 'How to get more neighbors' ought to be one of the things you inform your friends about. If they have neghbors of their own, they will have a more support when they need it.

How to be Good at Farmville: A Guide

Knowing how to be good at Farmville, is knowing what you want to achieve in the long run. If you want to get the most out of the Farmville experience- be it cash, a fancy looking farm, or fast leveling up, you need to what to concentrate on doing at the right stages of the game. Farmville has plenty of fun features and items you can buy for your virtual farm, but spending your coins unwisely on random features, can hinder your progress dramatically.

In the early stages of the game, it is important to carry out actions based on leveling up, rather than accumulating cash. The higher your level is, the greater the choice you have of crops to grow, and the bigger your farm can be. Growing cash crops should only be done at level 20, when you can buy tomato seeds. The cash you earn from crops can used for purchasing more XP. Avoid spending money on equipment that isn't strictly necessary at a particular stage of the game. For instance, tractors are expensive and aren't needed until you have large tracts of land with crops.

Getting more neighbors has its benefits, especially in the early stages of the game. If you want to know how to be good at Farmville, you can't go wrong with using the knowledge your friends acquire from playing the game. Invite all your Facebook friends to the Farmville game, since each successful invite earns you a ribbon. Ribbons can be exchanged for cash and in turn, XP. Besides the benefit of accumulating ribbons, neighbors can help you out when you need it. You can also help out your neighbors and earn ribbons for doing so. See which tasks you need to do to earn more ribbons. Even small ribbons add up over time and can be used to purchase unique items later on in the game.

Take note of which seeds bring you good cash returns, and which ones earn you XP. In Farmville, there is usually a trade-off. Crops seldom earn you good XP and money at the same time. Consider how often you actually play Farmville. The time it takes for plants to grow and be ready for harvest, should match your log-in times to Farmville. If you only have limited opportunities to log into Farmville, make sure that you don't plant crops that grow too fast: they will simply whither during the long gaps between sessions. Withered crops do not earn you the maximum amount on your seed investment.

Farmville uses a lot of eye-candy. Do not spend your cash and coins on useless decorations for your farm. Only do so if the action earns you a ribbon. Immediately sell the decorations and fancy buildings once the ribbon has been earned, and use that land space for crops. Speaking of land space, try to utilize every bit of it on your farm. If there are awkward areas of land that cannot be used for crop cultivation, plant trees, or put animals there; basically make sure that all your land is providing you with income. Keep expanding your farm size, whenever possible. More land means more possible profit.
